Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–3 working days and usually arrive 3–7 working days later. Delivery is free and tracked.

Will my order arrive in one box?

Most items arrive in a single parcel. Larger sets, such as the Noir TV Unit & Coffee Table Set, ship in several boxes that may arrive on different days.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment – we currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Products & assembly

Does the furniture need assembly?

Yes, our pieces need simple home assembly. All fittings and step-by-step instructions are included; most items take 30–120 minutes.

How do I care for high-gloss surfaces?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry with a microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and peel off the protective film after assembly.

How much weight can the tables hold?

Each product page lists the recommended maximum load – for example 30 kg for the Aura, 40 kg for the Hazel and 60 kg for the Onyx and Noir.

How are the Aura LED lights powered and controlled?

Via the included 5V USB cable (plug it into a USB wall plug, TV, laptop or power bank). Use the free app via Bluetooth to change colours, modes and brightness, set a timer or sync to music.
